Kathy tells us some amazing stories and brought us a great deal of actionable information in this episode.  She told about how her husband almost died when diagnosed with melanoma several years ago.  She wanted to lighten his load and began looking for ways to generate wealth.  

She followed and modeled those who were successful and bought several properties in Texas after realizing she didn’t need to “reinvent the wheel”.  They got creative and rented rooms while creatively utilizing mortgages and other tools.
