Today, we talk about growing our business and yours!  We talk about the journey of growth and transformation we embark on as we experience failures and develop skills.  We talk about learning from the “battles,” learning to delegate and handling the skills of leadership.  We also talk about becoming clear on your strengths and accentuating them while learning to delegate the right jobs and tasks.  We talk about a story involving my son’s bike and how I learned some of what I’m NOT good at in the process.  Let’s go!
